I just recently found out how cashews are grown and did a few Google image searches to see what other foods look like before they’re harvested. This was just something I’d never thought about before. It’s so amazing and interesting to see how certain things are grown.
I made my own cookie dough blizzard! I used this recipe for the base and this recipe for the cookie dough bites since I didn’t have cashews on hand for the original recipe. It was seriously good and satisfied my craving for something sweet. The cookie dough bites were insane and I’ve been eating the leftover ones as appetizers before each meal haha

I cannot get enough of these brownie bars. I calculated the nutrition info over at The Daily Plate and they’re not too bad! 221 calories per bar (it made 12), almost 8g protein and 3.7g fiber.
