I just think this is so incredible that I can’t get over it. It’s things like this that motivate me to live a healthy lifestyle.

My weekly love list is up over at the blog. Hot tea has been a major love this week as I have been trying to slowly quit coffee. It’s hard, but black tea helps in a big way.
I just recently found out how cashews are grown and did a few Google image searches to see what other foods look like before they’re harvested. This was just something I’d never thought about before. It’s so amazing and interesting to see how certain things are grown.
I made my own cookie dough blizzard! I used this recipe for the base and this recipe for the cookie dough bites since I didn’t have cashews on hand for the original recipe. It was seriously good and satisfied my craving for something sweet. The cookie dough bites were insane and I’ve been eating the leftover ones as appetizers before each meal haha
There are some really good substitutions here and quite a few I’d never heard of. I’m always swapping out sour cream with Greek yogurt and using ground flax seed in place of eggs when I’m baking.
