Made a meal plan for this week and bought a few clean eats. Minus the popchips but I had a serious Doritos craving. I prepped this morning and am ready for this week. Not so ready to see Shaun T’s face early in the morning though.

Days 18, 19, and 20 of Insanity are over! I had a really good rhythm going where I’d workout right when I put Waves down for her first nap. Then today I kept pushing it off because Greg was home since it’s Saturday and I wanted to hang out with him. It really is so much harder to do a workout as the day goes on. There are too many excuses that I can come up with the later it gets.

I am so excited that next week starts the last week of month 1! I hear that major results start showing up in month 2 so I’m psyched about that.

I found this Insanity sub-Reddit that has been really helpful. Whenever I feel no motivation, I can just go there, check out some before and afters, and then I’m ready to go. It’s also nice to go and see what other people are saying about future workouts.

Tomorrow is a rest day and I bet you already know how I feel about that:

Insanity days 16 & 17 are DONE! I really used to dread the workouts so much, but they’re becoming easier and I’m seeing some awesome results already. I’m in it and working hard!
Eating is going well and I stocked up today on more produce, Ezekiel bread and tortillas, eggs, and almond milk. Ready for some more delicious clean eating this week.
